This traditional lemon pepper with a touch of salt uses high quality ingredients including cracked black pepper, air dried Victorian lemon zest & Victorian sea salt. NO fillers (we’ve seen some products with as little as 3% lemon and less than a quarter black pepper!) The traditional method, and the one we employ, is to mash the lemon zest into the black pepper, which releases the essential oils of the lemon before oven toasting. We squeeze lemon juice over the pulp for even more lemon flavour. The final product is a zesty black pepper crust… perfect for my favourite which is pan seared fish with a lemon pepper crust.
