Chipotle Pepper MECO Ground 50g

Chipotle pepper is smoked dried Jalapeno pepper. This pepper is most famous doe giving Mexican food that unique flavour profile we know and love. This can be blended with standard mayonnaise to create a creamy chipotle mayo to go on sandwiches and burgers it can also be used directly into your cooking — think of a homemade taco seasoning  its simple to do.

But chipotle pepper is beyond Mexican  it is an exciting ingredient to be used in all cooking. it can be used instead of our smoked peppercorns if you wish for the base jalapeno to come through in  place of the spicy pepper.
